YGI  ISO 9001 HISTORY

Yemen General Insurance Co. (YGI)has endeavoured and obtained the ISO 9001-2000 in 2005 and ISO 9001-2008 in 2010 to 2015. We are the first Company in Yemen that certified with new ISO 9001-2015 in Feb.2017. We belive in developing work procedures to guarantee customers services in accordance with YGI's objectives in the continual improvement of staff skills and competencies to enhance customers satisfaction and trust in the company insurance services.
